Based at our head office in Rhodes Corporate Park, we have a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Online Retail & Motorcycles to join our head office team in this integral & rewarding position.

As our Digital Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the creation and delivery of consistent New & Used Motorcycles online content (website & 3rd party websites) & presence to enhance and drive customer engagement, user experience thereby increasing product visibility & Sales. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of digital content, ensuring all product data and categorization is accurate to deliver best-in-class user experience. 
• Work with multiple systems for maintaining and loading new products online.
• Create, write, and deploy informative and engaging content, across digital channels, which positively positions our products (new & Used Motorcycles)
• ·Manage how products are displayed online, including execution of photoshoots. 
• ·Keeping track of product inventory and updating stock availability & pricing.
• ·Checking product listings regularly to make sure they are accurate and complete.
• Optimise the customer experience online to drive conversion and profit. 
• Coordinate and execute promotional activities across online platforms to maximise visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
• Ensure that all content is accurate and consistent with established brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Assist in promotional planning, implementation and forecasting of upcoming trends.
• Build and maintain strong productive working relationships with management & internal team members. 

About You

• A passion for Online Retail & creative flair with the ability to think innovatively.
• 1-3 years’ experience in working in a fast-paced online retail environment with creative flair, strong processes, and strict deadlines.
• Experience creating content for Digital Online presence to tell a story about a product. 
• Related qualification in Digital Design/Advertising, Communications or Marketing
• Demonstrate a capacity to think conceptually, strategically, and commercially. 
• Creative, with strong photographic ability 
• Ability to prioritise and control workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to quickly build constructive, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
• A passion for motorcycles & being a rider is highly advantageous. 

Salary on offer is $70-$80k base, with an OTE of circa $100k per annum, plus benefits.
