As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll contribute to amplifying our brand’s digital presence to deliver our business objectives. Reporting into the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in uncovering insights that lead to delivering innovative marketing strategies across our current and emerging digital platforms. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience, boosting our brand engagement, maximising lead generation and optimising our performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help steer our Digital Marketing campaigns across paid social, SEO, SEM, and affiliate channels to spark engagement and propel growth.
- Join forces with our marketing team to coordinate digital strategy and key activities to deliver collective success.
- Drive our online educational webinar communication support program
- Dive into our diverse social platforms, crafting and executing content that drives engagement and supports our business goals.
- Crunch the numbers and elevate our performance through campaign ROI analysis and key insights
- Harness tools including CRM, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager, and conquer new platforms, to find optimization strategies for media.
- Provide vital support in keeping our Digital Marketing accounts and budgets on track.
- Lend support to our state branches and broader Ironfish teams with crafty content and ideas.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A self-propelled individual possessing a positive go-getting attitude with a wickedly keen analytical mindset with a burning passion to jumpstart a career in Digital Marketing
- Dedication to enhancing the customer experience and boosting our brand engagement
- Great project coordination skills and workflow management to keep everything on track.
- A curious mind that has a knack for problem solving
- 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, including paid and social media campaigns.
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and WordPress preferred.
- Keen understanding of data segmentation and analysis.
- Stellar communication skills and a degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
