The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and works in close partnership with the Digital Marketing Lead, and all of our Social Marketing & Communications teams to deliver effective, Digital Marketing campaigns and communications projects.
Working in a flexible, hybrid environment within this varied role, you will assist in the development and implementation of our systems and strategy work across our digital touchpoints. With a strong focus on accessibility, data-driven insights, and an audience-first approach we are looking for someone with demonstrated knowledge and experience in these areas.
This is a great opportunity for someone to make a direct and impactful contribution, who is keen on utilising and diversifying their broad Digital Marketing toolkit to help improve Victorians health and wellbeing.

Qualifications and experience required:
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations or similar area preferred
Demonstrable experience in a similar role
Exceptional copywriting, communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with email marketing, web marketing, digital accessibility and an audience-led approach (including SEO, user experience and design best practice)
Experience using Google Analytics, CMS, email marketing platforms and social media for work purposes
Excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving skills
Experience working within the communications, public health, community or government sectors preferred.
