You will be responsible for implementing and effectively managing SEO and Google Ads strategies for our clients, which are some of Australia’s best-known brands! The role is exciting, challenging, and ever-evolving, providing an ambitious person with fantastic opportunities to grow and take their career to the next level.

A Glimpse into Your Daily Tasks:

• Effectively lead the deployment, management, and optimisation of search strategies.
• Independently craft quarterly KPI benchmarks approved by clients, consistently surpassing expectations.
• Generate comprehensive reports that not only convey performance against KPIs but also provide invaluable data-driven insights.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the campaign team as the need arises.
• Efficiently oversee weekly budgets and suggest enhancements for heightened effectiveness.
• Cultivate regular client communication to enhance our service and nurture client relationships.
• Articulate value effectively through all email, phone, and meeting interactions.
• Skillfully delegate, brief, and meticulously review project and monthly retainer activities.
• Actively contribute to projects aimed at refining internal processes and our service.

Skills & Experience We're Seeking:
Required:

• An exceptional eye for detail
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for client interactions
• Strategic and problem-solving ability
• Strong work ethic and ability to effectively prioritise your day-to-day schedule
• Passionate about SEO or search engine marketing

Preferred:

• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads (search, display, video, shopping, discovery), Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. 
• Hands-on experience in executing and managing SEO & Google Ads campaigns.
• Agency experience is advantageous, but not obligatory.
• Proven competence with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with project management and timesheeting tools.
