What's the role and opportunity?
DBC is in the unique position of being Australia's largest provider of property sale to settlement solutions.
As a key member of our Growth team that owns the client attraction and engagement, the Digital Marketing Manager will step into a 12 month fixed-term contract and lead the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, a variety of projects from ideation to execution across multiple channels and brands, own all things related to Salesforce Marketing cloud and optimise the client email journeys.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with multiple business teams across our brands and work with collaborative content specialists, designers and tech squads to drive all things related to direct customer marketing.

Job Description
Our Digital Marketing Manager will :
- take ownership of the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns and projects from ideation to execution across multiple channels including concept, project planning, briefing, feedback, stakeholder briefing, channel testing, segmentation and post campaign analysis & reporting to drive customer and commercial outcomes
- work with various internal stakeholders to understand requirements for omni-channel campaigns and working with Content team to provide recommendations and advise on execution plans
- be a brand advocate, ensuring all visual identities, marketing material and comms are consistent with overall brand guidelines and tone of voice
- manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, reporting on email journeys and editing existing journeys
- ideate and implement strategies to drive the health & performance of the customer database, including driving initiatives around data enrichment, member acquisition, loyalty / retention
- assist in strategy development for new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Your skills and experience
Where you shine in being the ideal candidate for this role, is your:
- experience with email automation including building email journeys, email editing, AB testing and reporting
- generalist marketing background across digital including web and email
- experience successfully delivering a variety of projects impacting multiple internal teams and departments
- knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience in marketing automation highly regarded
- exceptional organisational, time management and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
