About the Role
As Front Runners Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll join a rapidly growing marketing team tasked with driving ecommerce sales through a range of online channels for the business.
Reporting into the Directors, you will own the development and execution of our paid and organic advertising strategy which is the core revenue driver for the business.
The perfect role for a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and data, the Digital Marketing Manager will be an integral part of Front Runners growing Marketing Team, and work alongside a team of content producers to translate our initiatives into core ecommerce results across our digital channels.
Key Areas Of Responsibility:
Be our internal Digital marketing SME (subject-matter expert): you can confidently navigate your way around the digital landscape, have your fingers on the pulse of emerging trends, practices and channels, and understand the intricacies of advertising across all channels.
- Revenue generation: you will be a vital cog in the paid revenue generation machine, and develop an ongoing plan to weaponise our paid channels to continue driving high quality and high volume sales that generate revenue and increase AOV. Your focus will be on driving ROI from our digital channels, increasing ROAS and repeat purchases.
- A strong focus on audience builds and budget management, you will be required to manage multiple campaigns at a time and drive ecommerce sales across Meta, Google & Tik Tok.
- Bridge the gap between organic and paid social media: you’ll work closely with our Videographer and Directors to align our content and organic social activity with paid to ensure optimal performance between the worlds of content and advertising.
- Reporting and analytics: regularly report back on the performance of the activity that you’re directly responsible for driving, opportunities to further optimise our Marketing activity, ROI from your channels and the ultimate results of your efforts.
- You will be hands on and optimising Meta campaigns on an hourly basis, our spends require efficient optimisation to maximise our ad spend.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years working in a Digital marketing role focused on ecommerce
- A passion for and proven track record of driving high ROI/ROAS across digital channels & campaigns largely across Meta & Google
- Working knowledge of building inspiring and impactful social media strategies, campaigns and content plans across multiple channels
- A data-driven decision-maker - you can confidently translate insights, data and performance indicators into best next steps for all Digital marketing channels
- A strategic thinker who can deliver from plan to execution, but who is also not afraid to get their hands dirty and work in deep partnership with a wider marketing team
- Someone with strong stakeholder management skills who will be able to not only manage upwards and work closely with our Directors
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMRush and paid advertising channels including Google Adwords, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & more
