AddressThis is a great opportunity for an ICT leader to join this Statutory Authority in a permanent capacity. The ICT Services team supports, monitors, maintains and enhances my client's core business systems, applications and processes in collaboration with their Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Your Opportunity
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the ICT Services team comprising Infrastructure Management, Service Management, Vendor and Contract Management, Information and Records Management to achieve agreed service standards and business outcomes.
- Work proactively and closely with the business on optimising the use of technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Contribute to the success of projects by ensuring capabilities with your teams are flexible and available for both operational and project related deliverables.
- Support senior management to identify trends and key insights to drive impact to team goals including product, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present complex submissions and briefings on technology strategies and issues and consult with senior management in relation to the recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to actively support and provide quality technology services and advice.
- Manage and build relationships within the organisation and with other public sector agencies and industry associations to ensure the organisation is adopting best practice.
- Support, monitor and follow up on team members and their deliverables to ensure that timeframes are met and proactively managed.
- Provide expert advice to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on technology matters.
- Be accountable for the development, monitoring and management of the technology capital and operating budget.
- Represent the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and the organisation in whole of government and industry forums.
