About the role

Day to day, you'll:
- Support the Digital Marketing team with digital campaigns and content development
- Manage Digital Marketing campaigns as required, both creative development and media planning and optimisation
- Support the establishment of the CLS social and content strategy
- Pull together digital reporting that assesses performance and prioritises optimisation.
What you bring
With 2+ years' experience in media or digital agency settings or in-house; campaign specialists, campaign managers, or account executives, will fit well.
You'll be exceptional with timelines and managing stakeholders, and digital channel exposure is a big plus, especially performance channels like paid search, social, and affiliate marketing.
You'll also need:
- Grounding in reporting metrics
- Copywriting skills ideally for digital/eDMs
- Offline channel exposure (desirable not mandatory)
- Ability to manage multiple, complex marketing projects under pressure and to budget.
