Position Summary:
As Deferit's Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a dual role in our marketing team. Your mission will involve two core components:
Creative Powerhouse: Your creativity knows no bounds. You'll be ideating and producing ad creatives that truly resonate with our target audience, demonstrating your versatility and innovative spirit.
Design Maestro: Your flair for design will see you creating top-notch visuals for our paid advertising efforts, from eye-catching images to compelling videos.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Ideation: Lead the brainstorming and development of innovative advertising campaigns, focusing on crafting visuals and messages that engage and convert our target audience across various social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality images and videos for paid social media advertisements, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- UGC Campaigns: Lead the development and management of user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, from ideation and creation to curation and deployment. Foster authentic creative ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
- Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective Digital Marketing strategies, optimize campaigns based on performance data, and explore new ways to reach our audience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, understand audience preferences, and make informed decisions about content and campaign direction.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members across departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience (3+ years) in the agency environment or the fintech industry is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media advertising campaigns that you designed.
- Professional graphic design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
