The Role 

We are looking for a bright, motivated Graphic Designer to design unique creative solutions applying consistent brand styles and quality tracking through the various stages of the design and production process. Based in Cremorne VIC or Fremantle WA (depending on the location of the successful applicant) and reporting to the Creative Director, the role offers an exciting opportunity to conceptualise, produce and deliver creative work in line with Remedy’s brand identity. Remedy Drinks is ideal for someone who wants to help build on our success and is willing to jump straight into a hands-on, fast-paced role. 

The key responsibilities for the role will include:

• Design and development across various marketing channels (both Australian and International), including print, digital, social, packaging and much more. 
• Preparing print-ready files and liaising with printers and suppliers regarding paper stock, colour output, barcodes and deadlines
• Design of new product concepts, including development through to finished artwork and print-ready file preparation
• Working  collaboratively with marketing team members while managing design requirements and deadlines in line with creative briefs
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of Remedy’s visual brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to across all marketing channels

The Talent 

We are looking for a creative and conceptual thinker who loves all things design.  It will be highly advantageous if you are passionate about helping people make better choices and bringing creativity and excellence to all you do.  You will have built a good foundation of skills and capability in your current and previous roles. 

The perfect person will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the graphic design industry and hold a unique combo of the right skills, knowledge and attitude:

• You’ll be proficient in the Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
• You’ll have strong skills in both typography and layout, as well as an understanding of print processes
• You can switch your design lens between different brands across both Australian and International markets.
• You’re a perfectionist with an eye for detail that understands the importance of working to briefs ad delivering to deadlines. You can knock out fantastic design and content with your eyes closed.
• You care about health and wellbeing and love the idea of helping to promote a tasty drink that’s also good for you!
• You are an expert at juggling many tasks because time management is your thing. When things are busy, it doesn’t get you down because you can quickly prioritise and rally a support crew if you need to make sure everything gets done. This means you’re a natural at planning, strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
• You’re a people person who will gel with the rest of the Remedy crew and be committed to achieving results. You will be a brand ambassador for Remedy, travelling as needed.
