As the Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager, you will be crucial in steering our advertising efforts to help scale ORTC through customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness. You'll manage our ad accounts on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google, collaborating closely with content creators to develop targeted ad content. This role demands a strategic, creative thinker with a keen eye for analytics and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently plan, build and optimise digital ads across platforms Meta, TikTok and Google
- Work closely with content creators to produce relevant and compelling creative
- Develop strategies to maximise lead generation results, engagement and brand awareness
- Monitor website performance, identify areas of improvement and adjust to improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage budgets across all platforms, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Collaborate with other departments to and assist with broader marketing efforts
