About the Opportunity -
This is a full-time position based on the Sunshine Coast.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities Include -
- Help develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy that includes SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain social media presence across all digital channels.
- Help measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Key Skills and Experience -
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within an e-commerce business.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Some previous Adobe Suite experience would be very advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SEM and social media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager).
- Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative skills to develop effective ad copy and visuals.
- Knowledge of SEO principles to complement SEM efforts.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
