What you’ll contribute to

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our National Marketing Division in permanent full-time role.

The National Marketing Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national marketing, brand, internal & external communications, digital, public relations and guest relationship management in order to position Toyota as the guests’ brand of choice throughout and beyond the entire product lifecycle and contribute to achievement of sales volume, market share and profitability objectives.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the team in implementing and monitoring Digital Marketplace (DMP) strategies and plans to ensure that digital channel activities are aligned to National Marketing objectives of enhancing Toyota brand awareness and driving product desirability.

This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Implement agreed program and change management processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve National Marketing objectives.

  • Assist in the development of program and change management processes and procedures for digital channel projects to effectively track and communicate progress of the DMP master plan and ensure stakeholders are aligned to key milestones.

  • Maintain reporting systems and prepare reports to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist in the collection, analysis and reporting of critical performance data and provide progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Lead the vehicle launch process for both Dealer & National websites & including managing the new vehicle inventory platform.

  • Support the coordination of forums to ensure that all digital channel related plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

  • Provide support for the provision of critical information and milestones to stakeholders to support delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost. Support ongoing stakeholder management.

  • Support project budgets by coordinating inputs from stakeholders and monitor performance to target to ensure management can understand and control any significant costs.

  • Experience in project management/coordination and Digital Marketing.

  • Understanding of automotive industry and customer experience (desirable).

  • Ability to manage stakeholders and negotiate outcomes in a complex environment including working with Dealers , Regions and Agencies is highly desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
