What would you be doing?
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing paid social media advertising, email, and paid search campaigns. After campaigns have launched, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels.
Paid Social Media:
- Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid social media advertising.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Create compelling email templates, content, and personalised messaging to effectively reach our target audience.
- Segment email lists based on customer behaviour, preferences, and demographics for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
Paid Search Advertising:
- Manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to optimise campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
About you?
- You will have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within Fitness, Fashion, Beauty or Retail with a degree in Marketing, Communications or PR, and possess a combination of the above skills, experience and attitude.
- You’re always up to date with the latest trends. You’re addicted to social media. You know what blew up on TikTok last night, what feature Instagram has just rolled out and the latest social app about to take off.
- You’re an excellent communicator. You’re a copywriting superstar and know how to write in various tones of voice.
- You’re addicted to TikTok. You have experience in planning and creating engaging content for brands on TikTok. You’re not afraid to jump in front of the camera and encourage the team to get involved in videos.
- You’re well across the top influencers. Not only are you up to date on Sopha Dopha’s latest brand collab, you know every influencer across every platform and know how to deep dive into their analytics.
- You have an eye for detail and creativity. You love graphic design and are a wiz at creating visually appealing content that engages and excites the customer.
- You’re results driven. You set out to achieve high results, both personally and in your team, and set a clear path and goals to achieve those results.
- You’re a yes person. You possess a positive/can do attitude and an openness/willingness to learn.
- You are passionate about the Pilates industry. You’re a Pilates addict and will do anything to make sure you fit your Pilates class in *not essential, but favourable.

- Have experience working with Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro.
- Have worked in a marketing role for a B2B company.
- Have relevant Pilates/Yoga instructor qualifications.
