Key Objectives & Responsibilities: 

• Working with the team to develop an overall Digital Marketing strategy
• Planning, implementing, and overseeing Digital Marketing campaigns, particularly email and social media campaigns
• Reviewing & building effective customer traffic & leads
• Measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
• Collaborate with management to improve sales and marketing results
• Development and implementation of the content calendar
• Engaging with an external agency that manages our Google Ads & SEO account
• Test and develop new marketing channels to new and existing customers
• Assist with developing written, visual and blog content
• Website management & development
• Tracking the customer journey across all platforms and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and increase conversion rates

Required Experience and Competencies:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing or e-commerce role
• Experience in Google & Social platforms
• Proficiency in META ads
• Experience using marketing tools and platforms
• Knowledge of traditional and Digital Marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Understanding of SEO principles and e-commerce best practice
• Creative writing skills to knock out engaging blogs 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strategic thinker who can blend hands-on e-commerce expertise and marketing skills
• Exceptional time management to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, and to stay organised and on top of deadlines
• Team player with a passion for collaboration, creativity, and making a positive impact in the business
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities, and to develop contingency plans as needed
• Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing
