Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on omni-channel marketing and paid social ads to join our small but mighty team in Fremantle. Our dream teammate has a proven track record in developing and executing irresistible, borderline genius Digital Marketing strategies across various platforms, with a particular emphasis on paid social advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
Working alongside our content team, account managers and our head of marketing, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion campaigns for our clients. You’ll be strategising and managing the implementation of Digital Marketing initiatives for multiple campaigns and clients in varying industries, so thinking outside the box and trying new approaches comes second nature to you.
Key Responsibilities:
You will develop and drive comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to achieve client objectives across multiple channels.
Develop and select visually compelling creative that resonates with target audiences (working alongside our content creators and graphic designers).
Manage the Digital Marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of your campaigns and initiatives, optimising as needed to deliver results.
Provide insights, reports and recommendations for optimisation back to account managers and clients directly.
Manage the Digital Marketing budget effectively to maximise return on investment.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in Digital Marketing, providing thought leadership and recommendations for adoption.
We want to hear from you if:
You have experience working in an agency environment or managing an agency client-side (2-3 years’ experience).
You love working on the tools and implementing campaign strategies across all channels.
You’re thrilled by directing and selecting creative marketing content (working with content creators, photographers, videographers and graphic designers when needed) to get the best hooks for your campaigns.
You’re an omni channel marketer, a perpetual learner and you’re across a range of areas including SEO, Social Media, EDMs, websites and media buying.
