Kleenheat has been providing energy solutions to homes and businesses across Western Australia and the Northern Territory for more than 68 years.We’re committed to delivering energy for today’s customers and tomorrow’s opportunities, with a focus on safe and reliable products and helpful customer service.We pride ourselves on our values of safety, accountability, integrity, collaboration and customer focus – with an understanding that our success is underpinned by our people.About The RoleA opportunity exists for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team on a 24 month fixed-term contract basis.You will be instrumental in constructing, refining, and shaping engagement and retention marketing initiatives through marketing automation, aligning them with the overarching Kleenheat marketing strategy and customer acquisition tactics. By leveraging insights, you will fine-tune campaign workflows and personalisation, contributing to the entirety of the customer communication journey.Have you heard the exciting news? Our Murdoch office will be relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025. You will have easy access to public transport, various dining, and retail options.Additionally:

• Develop, monitor and analyse marketing automation metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, including A/B testing for optimization.
• Produce reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely updates on campaign effectiveness.
• Utilise data-driven insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement of marketing automation strategies.
• Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, welcome series, and triggered communications.
• You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to capture requirements and implement campaigns based on segmenting the customer database.

What You’ll Bring To This Role

• A Tertiary related qualifications in a Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Marketing Automation technologies (Microsoft Dynamics would be highly regarded).
• Capability in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Experience interpreting briefs from stakeholders and working with analytical, marketing or product teams.
• A data-driven mindset, focusing on leveraging insights to optimise campaign performance and improve customer experiences.
• You have a strong interest in personalisation, data driven decision making, optimisation, and automation technologies.
• A focus on working as a team, including using workplace collaboration tools and building strong relationships with stakeholders
• A dynamic adaptability, thriving in changing environments and embracing new challenges with creative solutions.
