Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and digital solutions under the guidance and support of an advisor. This may encompass market planning and messaging, competitive landscape research, SEO and keyword planning, SEM requirements and digital/web solutions
- Capture client and business requirements captured through active listening, interviews, participation in meetings and distilling insights from key business documentation / content. Integrate key insights and knowledge into high quality outputs with guidance from an experienced advisor.
- Review competitor activity to deliver valuable insights
- Develop analytics dashboards to measure impact and outcomes
- Draft design and development briefs and work with external partners / agencies
- Work within the team to articulate the client’s value proposition and offerings in a creative and conceptual way. Develop web copy and content as part of the digital solution.
- Develop web experience information architecture, wireframes, content audits and plans and help implement the solution. This will encompass working with a broad array of talented professionals including tech developers, tech architects, brand developers, photographers, videographers and designers
- Assist in digital audits, user experience reviews, develop key recommendations and briefs for the developers
- Execute QA and usability testing as part of the deployment process
- Website updates including implementation of SEO techniques
Must Have Skills
- Minimum of two years in digital development, marketing or as a business analyst
- University degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing, IT or related field
- Very proficient in Powerpoint, Word and visual layouts
- Working knowledge of website management and CMS tools (Wordpress or Webflow)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with independent thought and problem solving
- A self-starter who also likes to work with a cross functional team
- Ability to juggle multiple things
- Ability to take-on constructive feedback and improve deliverables, based on others’ inputs
- Intellectual capabilities to make complex – simple
- Strong understanding of brand and identity management
- Attention to detail
