Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing operations, including planning, budgeting, execution, and analysis.
- Implement and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on social media and email marketing
- Utilize CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, to track and analyze customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create visually appealing marketing collateral and assets using graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced Marketing role
- Strong skills in CRM, specifically HubSpot, for managing customer data and executing targeted marketing campaigns
- Digital skillset, with proven success managing campaigns across social media channels
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva to create visually compelling marketing assets.
- A generalist mindset with a solid understanding of various marketing channels and operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
