You would be responsible for:
- Produce curated and digital brand content and monitor social media engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and understand the customer landscape to identify growth opportunities (especially within the Asian market)
- Develop and execute online marketing programs that increase engagement, expansion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Support the development of cross-sell, upsell, and nurturing activities across all products to increase customer value and retention.
- Improve customer engagement by developing digital communications plans for underdeveloped online touchpoints.
- Encourage sales team business development efforts by providing Digital Marketing resources and ensuring that all content is consistent with branding guidelines.
