The role of Digital Marketing specialist is responsible for driving Engagement Marketing in Australia .This exciting role will not only give you the chance to join Hilti and use your skills in the marketing and the digital space, but also an opportunity to work closely with leaders in the company and the regional team. What does the role involve?- Monitor results and focus insight coaching on teams/Account Manager’s that require coaching.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders - Divisional Managers, Product Managers, Trade Managers , Area Sales Managers to drive behavior change.
- Identifying processes and setups that can be improved with Region team.
- Ensure local stakeholders are aware of new campaigns and processes are set for successful launch and delivery
- Manage Prequalification of leads prior to release on SFDC
- Monitor quality of leads from campaigns and pass feedback to regional counterparts
- Focus on campaign relevant competency build up with other internal stakeholders
- Monitor results and focus insight coaching on teams/AM’s that require
- Share success stories to help replicate more
- Support coaching at Account Manager level to improve conversion rate
- Continuously evaluate the campaign (monitor and manage the digital campaigns): is the digital campaign running well and report (performance review).
- Work closely with Digital colleague to increase HOL usage, Ask Hilti usage and self service on these digital platforms
- Perform email translations and testing for digital services launched as indicated by global and regional teams
- Work closely with Digital colleague to update local landing pages wherever relevant to Engagement marketing and campaigns

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/accounting/engineering
- 2 Years Sales experience
- Strong attention to details skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical skills with good conceptual ability is a must
- Friendly and confident, persistent but assertive
- A Team Player
- Previous exposure to eCommerce systems
- Newsmailer, STIBO and advanced computer skills (excel, outlook, etc.)
- Hilti product and application knowledge an advantage
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong self-management and reliability
- Ability to adjust style as required per stakeholders involved
