Job Description About this Opportunity As the Digital Platform Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and Digital, contributing to a high-performing team and playing a pivotal role in our digital strategy execution and creating an innovation department.
We are seeking a tech-savvy professional with a versatile skill set. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the Digital Department and ensure effective platform management. Work with the Head of Digital to develop a comprehensive vision for the marketing technology stack and implement new technologies.
Manage data flow between the Customer Data Platform and marketing platforms, guaranteeing data accuracy. Collaborate with external technology vendors to enhance platform performance. Provide data-driven insights to the marketing team using platform analytics and user behaviour.
Desired Skills and Experience About You Proficiency in digital landscape, web analytics, and SEO principles, with expertise in CMS, WordPress, and Google platforms.
Sound understanding of digital and e-commerce principles, with at least 8 years of Digital Marketing experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach. Why work for us?
