About the Role
This role is critical to ensuring effective user experiences and to refining quality customer experiences. You will be responsible for championing CMS best practice, publishing across websites and working with brand teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- Perform regular website audits;
- Support digital marketing engagement strategies;
- Develop content, production and website merchandising plans;
- Monitor, review and optimise website for SEO and paid search;
- Implement digital loyalty initiatives; and
- CMS authorising, UX, testing and publishing pages/approvals.
Whilst this is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity, there may be opportunity for this role to evolve into a full-time permanent position.
Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience;
- Experience working with Sitecore CMS preferred;
- 2 years + experience in a Digital Producer or DMS role; and
- Heavy content production experience.
