To support Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) strategies of end-to-end digitalization, the Digital Product Manager is primarily responsible for supporting an overall Digital Product and Platform strategy and features under different Value Streams. You will be a key member of Digital Product and Platform team and will report to the Digital Product & Platform Lead.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Review end-to-end digital experiences and identify any service gaps from customer on-boarding, banking services across transactional banking, lending and wealth. Liaise with the team to drive enhancements to offer seamless
- Conduct market and internal customer usage analysis and identify the opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and fulfilment
- Responsible for driving Digital features and functions in the market ensuring alignment with our Global Value streams to build and deploy new Digital products
- Ensure Product Roadmaps and Agile artefacts are produced and updated, put together business cases, business realisation plans and ideation cases to embed new features to grow the Digital agenda
- Drive performance and adoption of the features on the Digital Platform working closely across the Product, Customer Experience, Contact Centre, Network and Marketing teams
- Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach and ensure regular and positive engagement with key support functions such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc. in driving Digital changes
- Collaborate with scale Agile teams and IT partners to refine and prioritize product delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field with relevant experience in Digital Product Management (digital technology, including technical, commercial and customer considerations)
- Passionate with a customer led mindset and strong experience in roadmap planning, strategy and project/ initiative delivery, agile practices and methodologies
- Good understanding of a multi-channel business model within Wealth and Personal banking is essential
- Strong commercial orientation, track record of balancing risks versus rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
- Attention to detail, able to work independently as well as part of a team with strong commitment to working and thinking collaboratively
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
