SalaryOur client, one of Australia's largest telco companies, is looking for a Product Manager to join their Digital team. This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney.
Key responsibilities
This role will contribute to the overall Digital, Customer Success, Security and IT strategies and the roadmap that will see simple, personalised, digital led identity verification and authentication experiences enabled across all digital platforms, core systems and frontline teams.
- Continuously find opportunities and benefits to form and refine processes, and opportunities to rationalise existing assets and procedures.
- Ownership of business cases for new features and experiences.
- Understanding key cyber security trends to determine roadmap priorities.
- Drive roadmap alignment between squads within the Digital team, and across the organisation including Product, IT, Finance and Customer Success.
- Work closely with the Digital Strategy & Performance team to articulate requirements and required capacity from squads.
- Management of identity verification and authentication digital assets.
- Continued engagement with vendors to ensure operational excellence.
- Extensive experience working in marketing, digital, or customer experience.
- Proven experience with developing business cases for investment justification.
- Prior experience working with and managing vendors, experience in security or identity management is a plus
