- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to develop and launch products successfully.
- Prioritize product features and functionalities based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities.
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for the engineering and design teams.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including beta tests, customer feedback, and post-launch analysis.
- Set and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage closely with the sales and marketing teams to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- 3 -5 years experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
