Founded in 2014, and listed on the ASX since 2015, Superloop's purpose is to enable better internet for Australian homes and businesses, by enabling challenger retail brands to take a larger share of the market, leveraging Superloop's Infrastructure-on-Demand platform.
Superloop operates in three segments of the market: consumer connectivity, business network and security solutions, and wholesale connectivity, all of which leverage Superloop's investments in physical infrastructure assets including fibre, subsea cables and fixed wireless, as well as Superloop's software platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production of digital content and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to create compelling content that engages audiences and drives results.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all content is error-free, functional, and visually appealing.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, and adjust plans as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to improve our digital production processes.
- Manager and deliver a project from conception through to shipped product, feature or creative asset into the market
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and scope
- Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality standards across the digital platforms and assets
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and/or experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital production, project management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of digital marketing deliverables and platform specifications · Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
- Experience with digital analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong knowledge of agile & Project management tools like - JIRA & ClickUp
- Knowledge of Microsoft workspace - Word, Excel, Teams
