Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to lead and manage our Digital Projects from conception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, aligning with King Living's strategic objectives and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of Digital Projects, including website enhancements, e-commerce platform updates, and new technology integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, operation and external partners, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress, manage project timelines, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure quality assurance and risk management procedures are followed throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within projects.
- Perform business analysis, including writing requirements and user stories, to ensure clear understanding and communication of project needs and objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Digital Projects.
- Experience running projects with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies (bonus points for Prince 2, PMP or Scrum certifications)
- Experience in working with Project Management tooling (Jira, Asana, etc)
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including writing requirements and user stories.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the furniture and design industry.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has worked for 5+ years in web or media agencies delivering multiple e-commerce projects for clients.
- Is eager to come to the office and be an integral part of the King Living culture.
- Has experience with managing projects internationally, as we run Digital Projects across various countries.
- Is proficient in coordinating with teams located in different time zones, ensuring smooth project execution and communication.

This role is based at our support office in Turrella/Smithfield. We have free staff parking available.
