About the Opportunity
As part of Customer & Marketing team, the Digital Services Advisor provides a key role in delivering and improving the digital customer experience across our services and channels to support the development and implementation of customer experience strategies that enable a culture of customer centricity.
Some of the day-to-day things you may see yourself doing are:
- Being the custodian of digital customer channels, including online forms platform, electronic direct marketing (eDM) platforms and other bespoke website tools.
- Building and fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and opportunities to streamline the customer experience, across all digital customer channels.
- Managing day-to-day website publishing requirements, including responding to incoming feedback, content requests and content design.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to engage and manage stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and challenge status quo for the benefit of improving customer outcomes
- Ability to identify and/or implement process improvements focused on improving customer experience
- Sound understanding of the principles, values, behaviours and strategies and contemporary channels that create brilliant customer experiences
- Experience assessing customer processes & services to identify improvements
