Peter Stevens Adelaide is looking for a highly motivated & experienced Service Advisor to join the family.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for providing supervisor customer service in our fast-paced service workshop at our Peter Stevens Dealership in Adelaide.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Service Manager in maintaining a smooth-running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnosing problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order.
- Estimating costs and completion times at the point of sale and clearly communicate them to customers.
- Allocating jobs to technicians based on skill level and resource utilization.
- Reviewing work-in-progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Assisting in determining correct part numbers on repair orders.
- Making estimates for repairs.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years Automotive / Motorcycle / Truck workshop.
- Must be an avid motorcyclist with a motorcycle licence.
- Great character, great attitude, and great communication skills.
