About youIf you are an
Digital Specialist,
Workforce Applications, with SQL skills, an understanding of the healthcare sector, and a desire to become part of a self-motivated team in the health care sector, then we encourage you to apply. The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:
- Extensive experience in application support and maintenance in a large and complex/diverse service industry, and working with patient management and administration systems, integration services, database services including relevant qualifications or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, problem troubleshooting and resolution, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Previous experience supporting and troubleshooting of HL7 interfaces.
- Proven capability in the use of Crystal Report software
- Experience in system and user testing of applications and use of appropriate testing tools and methodologies
- Superior experience and a record of achievement in leading a team and managing highly complex and large technical projects.
- Proven engagement, collaboration, and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
