Position: Diploma Childcare Educator 
Location:  Southern Suburbs/Sutherland Shire, Sydney 
Type: Full-Time
Offering: $41ph + super

To be successful in this role, your responsibilities will include: 

• Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
• Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
• Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the centre.

Applicants must have the following:

• Diploma in Childcare.
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
