The firm
This boutique firm is situated just outside the Melbourne CBD.
You will work in a close knit team, alongside another SA & Associate, led by two Senior Experts in the field.
The Role
You will provide advice to companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals. You will work on cross border international tax issues & tax planning for private clients and their family groups. This includes advice on matters such as residency of the individual and related entities, deemed disposal of assets, CFCs, foreign trusts and FAF's; as well as unwinding or restructuring of offshore structures; and source of income and gains.You will also provide commercial and practical taxation advice on international aspects for entities engaged in cross-border activities.
You:
You will be a tax lawyer with at least 5 years pae who is seeking out the boutique career lifestyle. You will be able to work autonomously and in a small team. You will be interested in top quality challenging work and autonomy with appropriate support and assistance where required.
