We are looking for a Commercial & Litigation Lawyer to work in-house with at least 3+ years’ experience. You will need to be self-motivated, confident, have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
This is a full-time position requiring someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. Our company is a busy, Richmond-based legal practice.
WL Lawyers is a small suburban law firm based in Richmond. We are looking for someone who is able to manage their own files, to continue their legal journey. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of commercial disputes, mediations, and litigations, general commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial litigation matters from start to finish, including court appearances, mediations, and negotiations.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation within a reputable law firm.
- Ability to manage files autonomously.
- Proficiency in court procedures and alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively.

Salary range: Negotiated and based on experience.
