Your Team
The customer office's purpose is to drive the collective growth of CFS by creating the best customer relationship for any brand in Australia. The Director, Business Marketing plays a crucial leadership role across CFS and within the Customer Office. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Business Marketing, you are responsible for driving our growth targets for FirstChoice, with our biggest channel - financial advisers. You will also be responsible for our employer channel.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Customer Officer and Executive Director, Business Marketing to deliver the strategic growth of CFS across our adviser and employer base. Bring innovative, world-class thinking to disrupt the B2B adviser and employer marketing category.
- Drive growth through partnering with key members of the extended leadership team, especially in Distribution
- Partner with strategy and distribution to write integrated briefs to drive and sustain growth outcomes across paid, earned and owned media
- Partner with brand and marketing operations to ensure the timely delivery of all activities within brand strategy and to meet our FUM commitments
- Develop a data and experimentation driven approach to optimisations throughout the marketing funnel - across channels, audience targeting, creative, and messaging
- Collaborate with paid, earned and owned media leads to drive maximum impact of in-market activity and maximise share of voice
Your Capability and Experience
- You will embrace creativity and the power it affords to drive supernormal impact to our growth objectives
- World-class communicator with excellent leadership skills
- Dynamic operator with a passion for driving change but also the resilience to cope with the rapid organisational change required
- Experience leading marketing teams of similar capability across brand, media, creativity, content, experience
- 10 + years of marketing experience ideally within Financial Services
