As a Centre Manager to lead their service and ideally someone who has experience as a Director. This service which forms part of a highly regarded. 

• Early Childhood Teacher ECT / Director
• At least 3-5 years experience working in a Director role
• Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
• Values a collaborative team approach
• Establish positive educator/parent relationships
• Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
• A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box'
• Experience in delivering inclusive Early Childhood teaching programs
• Application of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
• Be able to drive up Occupancy
• This role welcomes all kinds of extra certifications too!
