We a small family-owned business located in a quiet natural setting set back from main roads with access to private nature spaces, a National Park, and the newly relocated RSPCA animal sanctuary. We maintain a supportive and flexible working environment and continue to build on exceeding practices and high-quality learning. We have created a homely Centre and have strong connections with our families.
Qualifications & experience
- Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree. Maintain current approved First Aid and CPR. Current Working with Children Check. Current Child Protection Training. Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Quality Improvement Plan.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing daily responsibilities in accordance with legislative requirement and policies. High level of understanding of the Ratings and Assessment process. Managing staff rosters. Experience with staff development and leadership. Establish strong relationships with children, families and staff.
