Director, Generative Ai

The Tricentis AI team is responsible for establishing AI practices, researching cutting edge technologies and proving that the capabilities can benefit our customers and should be integrated into product pipelines. We work closely with AI Engineering and Product teams to ensure that we remain on the bleeding edge of technology while not exposing our products to risk.

Tricentis is looking for an energetic, intelligent, and driven expert in the field of Conversational AI and Generative Ais (specifically Large Language models) to accelerate our development of generative AI capabilities. You will be responsible for refining our red-team strategy, developing and expanding our capabilities with regard to embedding tactics, ensuring we stay on the bleeding edge of new generative AI capabilities. You will be both the internal and public face of Tricentis AI capabilities, educating engineering teams and giving seminars and statements on the topic externally. Your duties will include:

Improving and codifying Tricentis red-team strategy

Establishing best practices for products using generative AI

Establishing best practices for embedding and chunking strategies

Consulting with customers to determine areas of interest to research

Establishing a team of Generative AI experts to maintain our leadership in Testing with AI

Summarizing advances in generative AI for the broader company

Consulting with engineering teams to help them integrate Generative AI into their applications

Working with the ML Researchers to determine the right places to invest

10+ years experience with relevant AI technologies (LSTM, Sequence to Sequence models, Transformers, Generative Adversarial Networks, Language embedding models)

5+ years experience with Language models and generative AI

Bachelors degree or more in the fields of mathematics, computer science, statistics or a more relevant specialization

Experience in deploying Generative AI solutions to production using COTS AI (OpenAI, PALM2, Anthro

Experience in public speaking and presentation

5+ years experience in running teams

Strong demonstrable expertise in establishing ML Operations practices

Demonstrated capability to establish red-teams

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

Experience with LLM Validation frameworks

Experience with cloud vendors (Azure/AWS)

Experience with product development (working in or with product teams who are delivering software products to customers)
