Director - Gov / Managed Accounts

Ashdown is looking for a leader to join the senior management team to manage and grow the Gov and Managed Service Accounts.Currently Ashdown's amazing Gov team is the 5th largest supplier to the NSW Government. Voted by the MSPs as global leader in supply of On Hire Casuals for the last 3 years. Ashdown was awarded a BRW FAST100 company and has for over 2 years been awarded a Great Place to Work. Over 1200 5* reviews on Google.We are looking for a dynamic leader to direct and manage this portfolio as well as the team that supports it. You will be making sure the strategy and budget is managed as well as develop new accounts for the area. You will manage the reviews of all the accounts with clients as well as drive and attend the meetings for each of the areas. You will have an amazingly successful recruitment team with you as well as the support of the best accounts/ operations team (we are slightly bias about this team).Ashdown is a boutique company that has been highly successful for over 18 years. We always want to learn and always need additional help.We are looking for someone who can own this area, demonstrate their experience and foster/ grow an amazing team.Experience needed for this role is:

• Demonstrated experience working with NSW Government and MSPs
• Team management and experience mentoring and growing teams
• Ability to develop strategies for growth and sustainability of this area
• Foster a culture of success and inclusion
• Tender writing and presentation skills
