In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a group of teaching teams (skills teams) to deliver high quality education and training, providing an outstanding student experience. Located in the West Region of NSW at a campus of your choice, with the expectation that you will travel to your team in our key campuses, you will lead the Health, Wellbeing, and Community Services skills teams dispersed across the region.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will play a vital role in identifying and leading opportunities to enhance the student experience and implement continuous improvement strategies. Your knowledge of the industry and ability to provide strategic and educational advice on program delivery will be essential to achieve TAFE NSW’s objectives and continued excellence in education and training. This role will also be a key member of influence in the state-wide Skills Excellence Network (SEN).
