The Community Services Directorate (CSD) is seeking a high-performing communicator to lead our Media and Issues Management team to deliver a strategic Media and Issues Management approach that positively builds the reputation of the directorate and our work.
You will excel building strong and respectful working relationships, diving deep into issues to get to the heart of what needs to be communicated and communicating succinctly and in plain English. You will understand the news cycle, be able to identify and pitch positive stories and have a planned approach to identify and respond to issues.
