Your Responsibilities:
As our Director of Business Services, you will play a crucial role in shaping the operational landscape of our college. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will oversee all aspects of Business administration, including finance, IT, marketing, legal services, and facilities management. Your leadership will ensure that our educational mission is fully supported by robust financial management, efficient support services, and excellent facilities.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and a drive to innovate. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of strategic leadership in a complex organizational setting, along with a keen understanding of educational administration.
In addition to spearheading day-to-day operations, the Director of Business Services will serve as a key liaison with our Board of Directors, providing insightful reporting on financial matters, compliance, risk management, and strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the continued success of A.B. Paterson College.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in COO, Business Manager role in a medium to large school
- Qualifications in Financial Management, Accounting, Commerce or similar.
- Blue Card - Working with Children
- Frist & CPR Certification or willing to obtain.
