Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate in Faith and Mission: Learning and Teaching, Mission & Justice, Faith Formation, Liturgy & Community.
- Collaborate with the College Leadership Team to develop the faith vision.
- Promote staff involvement in the College’s Faith & Mission direction.
- Support staff in applying MACS Horizons of Hope and other guiding documents.
- Raise awareness of significant liturgical seasons and feast days.
- Promote the College’s mission, vision, and charism.
- Provide spiritual reflection and prayer experiences for staff and students.
- Implement the College Bereavement and Sustainability Policies.
- Strengthen the bond between the College and Parish networks.
- Ensure staff accreditation for teaching in a Catholic School and Religious Education.
- Encourage staff to pursue further studies in Theology and Religious Education.
- Ensure programs reflect Catholic values and principles in collaboration with curriculum leaders.
- Act as a member of the College Leadership Team.
- Chair the Faith & Mission Team.
- Network with faith leaders of other schools and organizations.
- Provide regular communications via bulletins, newsletters, and Compass.
- Oversee major liturgical events and staff Faith Formation programs.
- Lead college-wide initiatives like the Waa Award and Faith in Action programs.
- Demonstrated leadership in Learning Excellence.
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Proven innovative teaching record with strong ICT integration capabilities.
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
- Commitment to Catholic Education and Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School.
- Postgraduate studies in Religious Education and/or Theology are advantageous.
