Our client is looking for someone with strong leadership skills to be able to manage a team as well as someone who can build trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the business. It’s important that this person has worked in a fast paced, growing startup environment, that can build a strategy from the ground up and execute it. The ideal candidate will have created L&D programming for a more junior employee population and have experience with data/analytics to demonstrate the ROI of their work.

While this position is remote, it’s ideal if this person is located within close proximity to NYC as this role requires quarterly visits to their NYC office at a minimum.
