Director Of Marketing - 12 Month Contract

Reporting to our Group Director of Marketing and the Hotel General Managers, this role will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and managing the day-to-day execution of Marketing campaigns and communications for both hotels.

You will work together with key team members in the hotel's operating departments to achieve hotel targets and goals as well as working alongside our driven and passionate marketing team to grow the Crystalbrook brand.  This is a full-stack marketing role encompassing brand, communications, public relations, digital and social media, advertising, sponsorship and CRM management.

The position is ideally based in Newcastle with some travel to Sydney, however Sydney based applicants willing to do some travel to Newcastle should also apply.
