As part of the senior leadership team, the Director will also contribute to district wide strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring staff are aware of and aligning with the District’s key strategic priorities.
  • Leading the design and delivery of both new and existing services in alignment with CCLHD’s Clinical Services Plan and strategic direction.
  • Fostering a culture that promotes collaboration, ongoing professional development and evidence-based, clinical best practice models of care.
  • Financial management and accountability of services within the portfolio.
