Director of Nursing - Health Service Manager

Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a fantastic Health Service in Western Australia to help them find experienced HSM to lead their team. The town is known for its rural setting, surrounded by agricultural land and natural landscapes.

Benefits:

• Salary up to $133,154 p.a.
• District allowance of $61.53 per week
• $8,500 bonus after the completion of 6-months.
• $17,000 Bonus if you complete 12-Months.
• Total Bonus after 6-months $10,099.78
• Total Bonus after 12-months $20,199.56
• Relocation assistance provided

Requirements for this role are

• Advanced clinical skills with prior experience in both aged and acute care, including familiarity with emergency department operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities within diverse team settings.
• Highly refined communication skills, coupled with a proven track record of building and sustaining strong relationships.
• A clear and demonstrated commitment to delivering best practice aged care.

To be eligible for the position, you must have the following:

• Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
• National Crime Check or willingness to obtain
• Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
• Experience in Primary Healthcare
