We are seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our team at Rockingham Aged Care Homein Rockingham, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to our Executive Director Regional Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring the 40-bed Home is fully occupied, meeting accreditation standards and cultivating a stable and positive workplace culture for staff. Your advanced clinical and leadership experience will be vital to ensuring we provide safe, effective, and high quality care to our aged-care residents.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when managing an aged care facility and leading inter-disciplinary teams, implementing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement programs well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
Now... before we set you loose at Rockingham Aged Care Home and (more importantly) introduce you to our staff and residents, we need you to provide evidence of:
- a tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
- previous experience working as a Director of Nursing/Facility Manager in Aged Care
- NDIS Worker Screening
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
- full working rights in Australia.
