About the Director of People & Culture role:
The Director of People & Culture will provide key leadership support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive / leadership team within the organisation. The successful candidate will be required to actively participate in leading organisational culture and governance, engaging staff, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the entire hospital.
Some of the areas you will be responsible for:
- Managing all Human Resource requirements across the organisation
- Promoting a friendly, respectful, and supportive environment
- Leading workforce strategy and cultural development projects
- Oversee and manage the education services team, providing site wide training and education
- Manage recruitment and on-boarding for new employees
- Participation in staff injury management with contractual providers
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Human Resources field, or substantial workplace experience within the Human Resources industry is essential
- Highly effective communication style and excellent ability to build constructive, working relationships at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of business functions (HR, Operations, Administration).
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Whilst not essential, previous relatable experience in a health setting would be highly desirable
- To be eligible for this role, you must have received three COVID-19 vaccinations
