Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the perm recruitment team, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our presence in verticals such as HR, Business Support Services, and Accounting + Finance.
• Drive business development initiatives, including closing acquisitions and building strategic partnerships with clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Leverage your extensive knowledge and experience within our perm verticals to guide and mentor team members, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Professional Services recruitment, with a focus on verticals such as HR, Business Support Services, and Accounting + Finance.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives and close acquisitions.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise within our perm verticals, including an understanding of market dynamics and candidate profiles.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
